If you’re redeeming a vehicle, contact your lender to confirm they’ve issued a Vehicle Release directly to Unlimited Recovery. We cannot release your vehicle without this release on file.
Make sure to include your cell phone number and email address when scheduling.
Vehicle Redemptions: Bring a valid driver’s license. If you don’t have one, a licensed driver must accompany you. You still need to be present with a government-issued photo ID.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.This ensures a smoother experience and allows for unexpected delays.
